We don’t offer returns on our whole or ground beans due to the fact they are food products. If the coffee is not to your liking, and within a 30-day time frame of your purchase date, we’d be happy to ship you another bag of a different roast level. If a mug or shirt is broken or torn we will send another as well with proof of the issue. No refunds will be issued.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rusticroutecoffee.com and send your item to 18040 Barnesville Road, Barnesville MD 20838.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
